There’s a lot of wisdom here - thank you for sharing. I want to get better at making my own sauce - I love lemon tahini but no one else does. Also, my spouse doesn’t think soup is a meal either!! What is wrong with them? 🤣
Isn’t that funny?! I always feel so full and satisfied after a good soup. With a little bread and a simple salad, I cannot understand how they think it’s not sufficient for a meal! I have had luck temporarily convincing him with ribollita, as it uses up so much good stale bread. 🙃
I’ve never heard of that! Will look it up. I can sometimes get him to go for kitchari (not quite soup) but he’ll zhuzh it up with chili crunch or hot sauce 😆
